This is a great alternative to ice cream and it’s so easy. I cut up a couple bananas and froze them. Then I blended them with a little peanut butter and almond milk and put some unsweetened coconut on top. This would be good with some almond butter, cashew butter or coconut butter or no nut butters at all. Cut up strawberries, raspberries or blueberries sound good on top as well. If you don’t have a high-powered blender, a food processor will suffice.
