We used to buy packaged hummus all the time but I have been making it myself lately. It is so easy to make and doesn’t contain unwanted additives or “natural flavors”. Most store bought hummus is made with soybean oil when hummus is traditionally made with olive oil. I’d rather have it fresh anyway.
These pancakes are really simple and easy to make. Someone posted about making them in a whole foods group I’m in so I had to give them a try. I have a feeling we will be eating these for breakfast a lot.
