This smoothie recipe was on my facebook feed this morning under a post for “19 Healthy Snacks For Kids”. All of the ingredients sounded so good so I made it. My 2 year old liked it even though she saw me put spinach in it!
This is something we eat for dinner when I don’t feel like making something from scratch. “Neat” is made with pecans, garbanzo beans, organic cornmeal, sea salt and spices. The salsa is locally made and the lettuce is from our garden.
I saw this smoothie recipe on Simple Green Smoothie’s instagram feed the other day. It sounded so good and I happened to have frozen peaches and blackberries in the freezer. I would recommend using fresh fruit for more flavor.
