Granola was one of the recipes that was demonstrated at a cooking class I went to last night. The sample tasted so good with coconut milk yogurt so I made some today and made it into a fruit and yogurt parfait.
These pancakes are really simple and easy to make. Someone posted about making them in a whole foods group I’m in so I had to give them a try. I have a feeling we will be eating these for breakfast a lot.
This is one of our go-to sandwiches for lunch. It is tasty and packed with whole grains, protein, fiber, healthy fats and other essential nutrients. It keeps us full for a while so we aren’t craving snacks all afternoon.

I found this recipe on pinterest a while ago and it’s one of my favorite dinners. The original recipe calls them quinoa burgers but when I see the word “burgers”, I think of meat and buns and this is totally different. The original recipe has sugar in the ingredients and I leave that out. I also add more vegetables and garlic powder. Continue reading
